PADI Open Water Course & Junior Open Water Course
We run two versions of the PADI Open Water Course; 3 Day & 5 day Course.
The 3 day is for the fast-paced, water-friendly; self-learner; the 5 day for more of a relaxed easy-going teen.
E-Learning - 3 Day Course
$630.00 per person

Dates: Sunday, 28th February; Saturday, 6th & 7th March
This course is great for students who enjoy self-study.
1. Student completes all the theory at home online using PADI's E-learning program
2. One-day scuba diving pool training
3. Two days Open Water scuba diving at either Shelley Beach; Manly or Chowder Bay; Mosman

For younger teens especially, this course is great. The theory is all taught directly by the instructor, there are at least three pool training sessions where students get a chance to play and have fun as well as master the important skills required for the course; by the time they are ready to head to Open Water they are excited and know they are ready.

Price Includes; PADI Open Water Diver Manual, RDP Table, Metric, Booklet - RDP Instructions for use, Logbook, Certificate of Recognition, Decal, Brochure (Keep Diving), Crew-Pak bag.
A wetsuit is required for all courses.
For courses from November to March minimum of a 5mm full diving wetsuit is required for courses from March to November an 8mm full scuba diving wetsuit is needed.
Wetsuits can be hired for $30 per day or we can help with the purchase of a wetsuit.
We also recommend but it is not required full foot fins, neoprene booties, and a scuba diving hood.
To secure your place on one of our courses; we first need to have a copy of the first page of the medical statement returned via email and then a deposit of $200 per student.
There are some medical conditions that need to be checked and cleared by a doctor before you can participate in any scuba diving activities. To save disappointment it is important that you check the Medical Form prior to booking onto the course.
We follow strict COVID guidelines for scuba diving.
All equipment is sterilized after every use.
No equipment sharing is allowed - students use the same equipment for the whole day
Maximum class size of 4 students
Students must bring their own food and drinks for the day
Hand sanitizer will be provided
